A satirical, interactive, farcicle that takes audiences on a wild journey into the back-story of The Wonderful Danny Prata’s unimaginable career, working alongside the greatest crooners and pop legends of the 20th century.
The Delusionist combines song, multi-media, and stories of his glorious past as Danny serenades and weaves the audience through his revisionist and historic, meteoric rise to Las Vegas legend, and spiral down to wedding singing American icon.
As the farcicalamity unfolds, Danny takes audience participation to greater heights by holding a live casting call to replace his long gone, show biz sidekicks. Six lucky guests will co-star with Danny to recreate some of Danny’s greatest and most tragic moments of his storied career. Those not making the cut will still delight in the high-octane hysteria that ensues!

Tony Lauria
Tony Lauria ("The Delusionist!") has been performing professionally for live audiences since he was 8 years old. He is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist musician/singer who has toured throughout Europe and the USA performing at Broadway Houses, Casinos, Convention Events and the historic Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center NYC.
Tony is also an accomplished actor that has worked Off Broadway and in film. He is known around the country as the "Wedding Singer" from the hit show, Tony n Tina's Wedding where he has performed to packed houses while sharpening his comedic improvisation, and audience interaction skills. He is "an old fashioned" entertainer with a 21st century appeal.
Tony uses all of his talents to create this unique show leaving no stone unturned as he provides endless laughs for the belly and a musical journey you'll not soon forget!
